of the InterForm400 output to Fax format. InterFax400 enables
handling of out-bound faxes, and can also handle in-bound faxes
directly from your System i. The InterFax400 module will also
enable you to distribute documents from your PC environment. The
relevant user is informed automatically should a distribution
fail and a log system is available to establish the status of
documents for distribution.

The PDF security module for InterForm400 enables you to
encrypt and password protect your PDF documents. Password
protection allows you to apply a Master password and user
passwords. In this way you have one password for your own
organisation and another one for the recipient of the documents.
Digital Signature (Authentication)
Adding a Digital signature to a PDF document is another way of
adding security to your business documents. A Digitally signed
document ensures authentication and thereby proves to the
recipient of your documents that you are actually the sender of
them.
