We have around 80 years’ experience between us all, so we know a bit about what we’re talking about. We are a small, but perfectly formed team of Integration & Modernisation specialists, with a passion for providing Powerful Intelligent IBM i Business Solutions for today’s world. 

We thought we’d introduce you to our key team members in a little more detail. 

There is Tracy Eastwood – he’s the head honcho. Our Systems Analyst/Developer, he leads our Training & Support element too, as well as the day-to-day running of the business. Tracy’s so passionate about what he does, with true dedication and knowledge of the IBM i platform. He demonstrates this through our Free Byte Sized Training Sessions and several seminars he talks at throughout the year. When Tracy’s not knee-deep in a project, you’ll find him on board his narrowboat cruising the canals with Annie.

Annie is our Client Relationship Manager and also shares the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business with Tracy.  Annie’s customer relationship experience comes from 35 years’ working in the Services Industry and more latterly, IT. Annie is a natural with our clients, maintaining and building relationships with them, to ensure that they are happy with the products and services we offer – also being one step ahead of new products and services within the IBM i world. When on the canals with Tracy, you’ll find her battling her way through opening the gates on the locks.

Dawn’s passion for what she does, started at a young age. Saving all her pocket money to buy herself a ZX81, she spent every evening teaching herself machine code and this passion is still alive to this day. Dawn has a sheer passion for everything VB, PHP, HTTP & Javascript, along with undeniable knowledge of the IBM i/AS400 market – it runs through her veins.  With these skills,  she is able to offer our clients a whole plethora of solutions to fulfil their needs.

Not to forget Ashley, our Sales & Marketing Manager. With over 22 years of working in the Marketing & Advertising Industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at Logicmate. Ashley oversees all marketing activities, ensuring everything is on brand and delivered in the right way.
