What do third parties do with our data? From a confidentiality point of view, it is important to note openAI does not use any user data to train the LLM. The data is privately stored within the LLM for 30 days, and can be removed at any point. Profound AI adds to this security by allowing users to control exactly what data the LLM is able to access through use of the Knowledge Documents functionality and the ability to control exactly which columns of data from database tables the LLM can use for formulating responses. Some LLM Agents offer a free service which may not come with the confidentiality that you need, make sure you use a paid service with strict agreements on how your data is stored and used.
