Printing images using InterForm has previously only supported colour or black/white images. Now we can print in greyscale. The new format will give you the ability to use a colour image in your design it will then automatically produce a greyscale output, giving a better quality output.
Incorporating images into your business documentation not only makes your documents look more professional and on brand, they can save you money by being distributed digitally. Below are 2 videos for Interform400 & InterformNG on how to implement this.
When printing from either InterForm400 or InterFormNG, there are several ways in which you can select a specific drawer on the printer – as you may have various drawers that contain paper in different colours or paper with your corporate branding.
Adding watermarks to your suite of documents adds another level of personalisation, branding & security. They can be added to indicate the state of a document, a logo for brand recognition, as well a level of security for each document you produce. Click here for an example.
