Back in 2019, we wrote an article on the new 2019 versions of InterForm400 & InterFormNG. Since the new versions were released in September, InterForm has announced that they now have an additional new feature for you – A PDF Form for Capturing Information.

With this new feature, you have the ability to create interactive PDF files in a quick and easy process. PDF forms are ideal for documents such as Contracts, Order Confirmations, Tax Forms, Vendor Registration, Events – the list is endless. You can also customise each of the form fields too. For example, you can include field types like Text, checkboxes, drop-down menus etc..
Extracting data is super simple too. Any data registered within the form can be saved in a standard way, allowing you to easily extract the data for your business use – obviously ensuring you are complying to GDPR Regulations at all times.
This PDF form functionality is part of the InterFormNG AdvancedPDF module. There are several other functionalities available such as :
